  No Sex For You, Or You Lose My Vote

Republican Susan Combs wrote a "romance novel" when she was between jobs, and now her Democratic opponent is trying to use this in a 'smear' campaign. You can read about it here.
My question is, does anyone really vote based on such things? Personally, I find those who claim to never have had sex or to have no interest in sex are the ones not to trust.
Very surprised a Democrat would make this sort of a fuss too. Usually, this is a Republican objection.
